  • Financial Data: Bank account details, Income details, and Credit History.

B. Information for Specialized Services

For Warehousing: When you book a warehouse or deposit stock, we collect details regarding the commodity, quantity, quality specifications, and the names of any joint-depositors or authorized representatives.

For Lending (Financial Solutions):

  • Device & Technical Data: Device identifiers, SIM card information, mobile network details, IP address, operating system, and location data.
  • Device Storage (If Permitted): Information stored on your device, including contacts, SMS logs, photos, and videos, subject to your explicit permission.
  • Third-Party Data: Information from credit reference agencies, mobile operators, and collection agencies.
  • Usage Details: Traffic data, weblogs, and communication data.

For Marketplace: We collect data regarding your buy/sell bids, contract, tax numbers, trade preferences, and listing details.

  • To use Location Services on mobile devices to geo-tag warehouse visits and audits.

B. Financial Services

  • Credit Assessment: To evaluate creditworthiness, process loan applications through Banking Partners, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Regulatory Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and cooperate with law enforcement.
  • Enforcement & Disputes: To troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  • Credit Reporting: By applying for financial services, you explicitly consent to Grain Guard Financial Solutions accessing your credit information from authorized Credit Information Companies (CICs) and reporting your loan performance to these agencies.

C. Agri-Commerce & Software

  • Business Listings: To display your product offerings or business profile to potential buyers/sellers on the platform.
  • Trade Facilitation: To facilitate communication and negotiations between Buyers and Sellers regarding commodity pricing and logistics.
  • Enforcement & Disputes: To troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  • Sale/Purchase: To e-sign contracts, facilitate sale/purchase or payments.

4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We commit to not disclosing your sensitive personal information without permission, except in the following specific business contexts:

  • With Banks & Financial Institutions: To facilitate loans against warehouse receipts or commodity financing, we share relevant stock and user data with Banking Partners.

  • With Buyers/Sellers: Your business contact information may be shared with counter-parties on the marketplace to facilitate trade execution.

  • We may use cookies, session data, pixel tags, and web beacons to track user activity and preferences on the Platform.

  • Consent to E-Sign: You explicitly consent to the use of your personal information for e-KYC and e-signing of contracts, agreements, and loan documents.
